• How to Transfer calls

• When transferring a call, once a call is received, hit the "Flash or Transfer" button and dial number or extension (if you are setup with short codes, then you need to dial the short code. See example below)

  Ex. Answer call, hit transfer, then dial short codes

  Answer call, hit transfer, then dial 1+ telephone number (not using short codes)

• When the other line picks up then hang up.

  How to do Blind Transfer

• To perform a blind transfer once a call is received, hit the “Flash or Transfer ” button, dial the full telephone number, wait for the number dialed to ring first then hang up.

  How to do 3-Way Calling

• To perform 3-way calling when a caller calls in, hit the “conf” or “flash or talk” button once.

• Then dial the next person’s number

• When the other person’s number answers, then hit the “conf” or “flash or talk” button again to connect the call.
