• As soon as the operator says please enter your pin: press the star * button and hold down for 2-3 seconds and release
• Please enter your area code and phone number follow by pound # sign
• Enter in your complete phone number

  Your initial passcode is 987654

• You can change the passcode when you set up your mailbox
• Make sure you listen carefully to the instructions.

  (It is easy to follow the incorrect prompts, make sure you let the operator finish speaking before you choose the menu item)

• 3. Enter password in lower caps: welcome
